Ninpo Kobujutsu – A Personal Journey of Transmission and Creation
Ninpo Kobujutsu is the name I created to express the living essence of classical martial techniques and Ninpo principles passed directly from Hatsumi Masaaki Sensei, refined through decades of personal practice, translation work, international teaching, and real-life experience.
Independent from any organization, it focuses on authentic transmission, character development, strategic wisdom, and making these tools accessible to families today through the Ninja Kids Dojo project.
History of the Ninja Kids Dojo Project
1986: First steps teaching children – Bo Munthe course in Blanes.
1987: Invited to observe children’s lessons at Ishizuka Dojo in Kashiwa, Japan.
1989~2002: Personal translator for Hatsumi Masaaki Sensei (English Spanish) for 12 years.
1991~2010: Taught adults and children at Esportiu Rocafort.
2011~2015: Sunday Ninja Kids lessons at a local kindergarten in Saitama, Japan.
Birth of Ninja Kids Dojo in English
2013 – 2015: NKDE started while doing part-time English teaching in Japan.
2014 – 2015: Taught Ninja Kids Dojo at two civic centers and Omiya Budokan.
2016 – 2020: Multiple training journeys to Japan with Hatsumi Sensei. Awarded the Jyushyu Shihan certificate. Conducted teacher training at FONA for the English Ninja Kids Dojo program.
Founding of Ninpo Kobujutsu & Ninja Kids Dojo Homeschool
2021 – 2023: Weekly online video lessons (UgeTUBE). In 2021–2022, pioneered the term Ninpo Kobujutsu with the first dedicated book (now removed from circulation) at a time when no other schools were using the name.
2024 – Present: Building the new professional core of both Ninja Kids Dojo (standard track) and Ninja Kids Dojo Homeschool. Completed specialized courses to elevate quality and structure.
2025 – Present: Reconnected with Blanes roots. Full professional launch planned for late 2026 / early 2027, with all content remaining completely free. Level 1 (website) nearly completed. Preparing crowdfunding campaign.
